The Bradley Building is a two-story, flat roofed, commercial brick building of the Romanist influence circa 1894.

The first level of the main façade is constructed of cast iron and the second level of brick.

At the second level, architectural features include native cut limestone trim and extensive brick corbelling.

Worked with the Kentucky Heritage Council and the US Department of Interior National Parks Services in the submittal and review of the historic preservation certification application and other required documents.
