This is the first building establishing EKU's new Corbin campus. The project included:

• Master plan of new 64-acre campus
• Establishing the architectural and programmatic context for the entire campus
• Programming and Design of the Southeast Region for Secondary Education Building, which includes:
  • Adminsitrative offices
  • Classrooms
  • Conference & meeting rooms
  • Library
  • Biology & Chemistry science labs, lecture & wet lab areas
  • Art rooms
  • Student lounge area
  • Computer labs
  • Distance learning classrooms
  • Extended day care
