Architect Chosen for Glasgow Independent High School

The Glasgow Independent Schools District Board of Education voted unanimously Thursday to hire the architectural firm Sherman-Carter-Barnhart of Lexington to work on the renovation or construction of Glasgow High School.

“My father always told me if what’s working works, go with what you know instead of taking a risk on what you don’t,” La Donna Rogers said. “Sherman-Carter-Barnhart has done an excellent job with us. We have an excellent working relationship with them. I feel like we’ve had very little disruption with them with projects, and I haven’t seen any issues with Highland since we’ve been in that building that they didn’t address. I feel like we know them well enough that we can be candid with them about anything that we want to find out from them.”
