- Relocation of an existing greenhouse
- New classrooms connect the existing building for a consistent flow of student traffic through the corridors.
- Adding a portion of the building that will be accessible to the community including a multi-purpose gym, 450 seat auditorium, the media center and a community room.
- New lobby and entry creating a more secure entry as well as a well defined entry.
- Lobby also serves a flexible common space for extra curricular activities, prefunction space, and community functions.
