Program:
- Determined how the campus could adequately serve the current enrollment of 1200 students.
- Developed strategies for accommodating 1600 traditional undergraduate students in the immediate future and ultimately 2000 students.
- All planning was done with regard to large environmentally sensitive area, watershed, and the intrusion of three public roads.
